Within only a few hours after the fish comes out of the sea it is already filleted and frozen. No glaze or additives are added and it is conveniently packed two fillets per vacuum pack. Not only for sushi restaurants, but also ideal to grill. This is much better than fresh fillets that take several days to arrive to the customer. It is available with Friend of the Sea and Global Gap label.
