The quality standard of our fish products
As a frozen fish exporter, we greatly value the quality of our products. We are known for our outstanding quality, especially when it comes to our tuna. To keep the quality of our tuna as high as possible, we use a special method. Within one hour of the catch, the tuna is frozen on board of the ship at a temperature of -60ºC.
As soon as the tuna is thawed again, it is still in exactly the same condition as an hour after the catch. We are also continuously looking for ways to keep the quality as high as possible for our other fish products.
How do we guarantee a sustainable working method?
Not only the quality of our frozen fish products is important. As a frozen fish exporter, we are also committed to sustainability every day to safeguard the fish species we trade for future generations. For example, we export 100% natural and untreated fish. In addition, we are ASC and MSC certified and Friend of the Sea.
