Interseafish supplies frozen fish, shellfish and other seafood to the UK and the rest of Europe. As a frozen fish supplier, it is extremely important to us that our products are of the highest quality. This is particularly important for the products that are consumed raw. In the preparation of sushi, for example, it is important that only tuna is used that has been frozen behorehand. European law requires that tuna that is consumed raw must first have been frozen. To this end, we use an exceptional processing method, whereby the tuna is frozen at a temperature of -60ºC immediately after being caught. This is how we ensure that we can deliver quality frozen fish to the UK.
